Kinerja tersebut ditopang oleh pendapatan bersih yang dihasilkan Summarecon mencapai Rp5,33 triliun, lebih tinggi 30 persen dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yakni Rp4,09 triliun. Namun margin laba bersih Summarecon cenderung stagnan di angka 26 persen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara pos beban pokok penjualan mengalami kenaikan hingga 30 persen, namun hal tersebut tidak menahan laju laba kotor. \u00a0Sehingga pada pos Laba kotor SMRA naik menjadi Rp2,78 triliun dari laba kotor tahun sebelumnya Rp2,14 triliun, dan laba usaha naik jadi Rp1,86 triliun dari laba usaha tahun sebelumnya Rp1,35 triliun. Laba sebelum pajak naik menjadi Rp1,68 triliun dari laba sebelum pajak tahun sebelumnya Rp1,32 triliun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adapun pada pos posisi keuangan Total aset SMRA per Desember 2014 meningkat 37,5 persen menjadi Rp9,9 triliun.
