Dalam rilis siang ini terpantau bahwa optimisme konsumen di Jepang pada bulan lalu melemah jika dibandingkan dengan bulan sebelumnya\u00a0yang\u00a0tercermin dari turun drastisnya skor indeks keyakinan konsumen di bulan tersebut ke level terendah ke-2 dalam kurun delapan bulan terakhir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tercatat bahwa skor\u00a0indeks keyakinan\u00a0konsumen Jepang pada September lalu turun menjadi 40,6 dari skor sebesar 41,7 yang tercatat di\u00a0bulan Agustus. Turunnya skor indeks keyakinan konsumen Jepang\u00a0pada bulan lalu\u00a0jauh melebihi perkiraan ekonom yang semula hanya memprediksi penurunan tipis ke skor.\u00a0Sebagai informasi, survei ini dilakukan pada tanggal 15 September dengan subjek sebanyak 8400 rumah tangga. Dapat dilihat pada gambar dibawah ini:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.tradingeconomics.com\/charts\/japan-consumer-confidence.png?s=jcomacf&amp;v=201510130601h\" alt=\"Japan Consumer Confidence\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam rilis ini secara detail disebutkan bahwa semua sub-komponen yang memebentuk indeks keyakinan konsumen Jepang\u00a0menurun dari bulan sebelumnya. Sub-indeks mata pencaharian terpantau turun 1,3 poin sehingga berakhir di\u00a0level 38,8 dan indikator pertumbuhan pendapatan juga turun 0,5 poin sehingga berakhir pada level 39,4 bulan September lalu. Demikian pula dengan keinginan konsumen untuk membeli barang-barang tahan lama juga tercatat menurun 1,2 poin dan berakhir pada level\u00a039,1 di bulan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seperti diketahui, sejauh ini<em> Bank of Japan (BOJ)<\/em>\u00a0masih mempertahankan kebijakan moneter longgarnya\u00a0pada suku bunga acuan yang masih tercatat pada rendah terendahnya yang tercatat di kisaran nol persen.\u00a0Seperti diketahui, laju inflasi Jepang turun kembali ke kisaran nol persen sejak\u00a0Juli lalu sehingga makin meningkatkan spekulasi bahwa BOJ\u00a0akan mengeluarkan stimulus baru untuk menangkal perlambatan ekonomi di negaranya..
