Setelah menjual aset tanah dan mall di Kuta-Bali kepada\u00a0Kuta1 Holdings Pte Ltd., pekan ini LPKR menjual aset tanah mall dan rumah sakit di Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada tanggal 8 Januari aset LPKR di Bali sudah dilakukan penandatangan perjanjian seharga Rp800 miliar dan pada tanggal 3 Februari 2016 dilakukan kesepakatan perjanjian dengan Icon1 Holding Pte.Ltd (Icon1) dan Icon2 Investments Pte. Ltd., (Icon2) senilai Rp900 miliar.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebagai informasi, target marketing sales LPKR sepanjang tahun 2015 sebesar Rp5,5 triliun namun hingga kuartal ketiga lalu\u00a0 hanya mencapai sekitar Rp2,9 triliun. Selain itu perusahaan Singapura- Icon1 merupakan anak usaha Lippo Malls Indonesi Retail Trust (LMIRT).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menilik kabar dari lantai bursa perdagangan saham pada Selasa (10\/11\/15) saham LPKR dibuka pada level 1,005 setelah pada penutupan perdagangan sebelumnya berada pada level yang sama\u00a0 dan kini sedang bergerak rebound dalam kisaran 1020-1000 dengan volume perdagangan saham baru\u00a0 mencapai 512 ribu lot saham.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analyst Vibiz Research Center melihat sisi indikator teknikal, harga saham LPKR sejak awal pekan bergerak negatif dengan\u00a0 indikator MA \u00a0 bergerak datar dan\u00a0 indikator Stochastic mulai bergerak turun di area jenuh jual.
