{"id":264599,"date":"2016-02-10T21:15:08","date_gmt":"2016-02-10T14:15:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vibiznews.com\/?p=264599"},"modified":"2016-02-10T21:15:08","modified_gmt":"2016-02-10T14:15:08","slug":"pemerintah-akan-umumkan-daftar-negatif-investasi-kamis-besok","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/index.php\/2016\/02\/10\/pemerintah-akan-umumkan-daftar-negatif-investasi-kamis-besok\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemerintah Akan Umumkan Daftar Negatif Investasi Kamis Besok"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sekretaris Kabinet (Seskab) Pramono Anung dalam keterangan persnya menyatakan pemerintah memutuskan akan mengumumkan Daftar Negatif Investasi (DNI)\u00a0 pada hari Kamis (11\/2) besok, di Kantor Presiden, Jakarta.<span id=\"more-46755\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seperti yang telah diinformasikan oleh Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM), dalam upaya meningkatkan penanaman modal di Indonesia dan persiapan menghadapi ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), Pemerintah Indonesia memperbaiki ketentuan daftar bidang usaha yang tertutup dan terbuka dengan persyaratan di bidang penanaman modal (Daftar Negatif Investasi\/DNI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perbaikan ini tertuang dalam Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) No. 39 Tahun 2014 tentang Daftar Bidang Usaha Yang Tertutup dan Bidang Usaha Yang Terbuka Dengan Persyaratan Di Bidang Penanaman Modal, yang ditandatangani Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono pada tanggal 23 April 2014. Peraturan baru menggantikan peraturan lama, Perpres No. 36 tahun 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perpres baru membagi tiga kelompok bidang usaha, yaitu:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Bidang usaha tertutup;<\/li>\n<li>Bidang usaha terbuka dengan persyaratan, bidang usaha yang dicadangkan untuk Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Koperasi, bidang usaha yang dipersyaratkan dengan kemitraan, dan bidang usaha yang yang dipersyaratkan dengan kepemilikan modal, lokasi tertentu dan perizinan khusus;<\/li>\n<li>Bidang usaha yang terbuka.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terkait Daftar Negatif Investasi, menurut Pramono, sesuai arahan Presiden Jokowi, dalam menetapkan DNI itu pemerintah berpegang pada 7 (tujuh) prinsip dasar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pertama, memberikan perlindungan sepenuhnya kepada pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIni sudah diatur dalam undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) bahwa proyek-proyek dengan nilai Rp10 miliar ke bawah (UMKM) itu tidak disentuh, diberikan perlindungan sepenuhnya,\u201d terang Pramono.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kedua, memotong mata rantai oligarki dan kartel yang selama ini terjadi di beberapa sektor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ketiga, membuat hal-hal yang dibutuhkan oleh rakyat menjadi lebih murah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keempat, mengantisipasi persaingan global.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKita sudah masuk dalam Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) maka Indonesia harus siap untuk itu,\u201d kata Seskab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kelima, dengan DNI yang dilakukan perbaikan, lapangan kerja itu diharapkan akan bisa dibuka menjadi lebih baik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keenam, membuat perusahaan nasional akan semakin mempunyai daya saing yang kuat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ketujuh, bukan dalam rangka liberalisasi tetapi dalam rangka modernisasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMembuat bangsa kita menjadi manajemennya lebih modern, mempunyai kemampuan teknologi yang lebih baik, mempunyai daya saing yang lebih kuat, mempunyai iklim investasi yang lebih menarik,\u201d pungkas Seskab seraya menyampaikan bahwa detil mengenai DNI akan disampaikan secara resmi besok oleh Menko Perekonomian.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><em>Freddy\/VMN\/VBN\/Analyst Vibiz Research Center<\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><em>Editor : Asido Situmorang<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sekretaris Kabinet (Seskab) Pramono Anung dalam keterangan persnya menyatakan pemerintah memutuskan akan mengumumkan Daftar Negatif Investasi (DNI)\u00a0 pada hari Kamis (11\/2) besok, di Kantor Presiden, Jakarta.
