BI melihat pertumbuhan kenaikan harga rumah tersebut menurun\u00a0 baik secara triwulanan maupun tahunan, yakni masing-masing sebesar 0,73% (qtq) dan 4,62% (yoy).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Namun untuk tahun 2016, BI perkirakan masih akan terjadi kenaikan harga dengan tingkat pertumbuhan yang semakin menurun dari tahun 2015 lalu. Faktor utama kenaikan harga rumah di tanah air masih dipicu oleh\u00a0 kenaikan harga bahan bangunan (31,76%) dan upah pekerja (23,79%). Dari survey BI, Indeks Harga Properti pada pada Triwulan IV-2015 berada di level 190,02 atau tumbuh 0,73% (qtq).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/192.168.1.15\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/BI-rumah-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-265745 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.1.15\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/BI-rumah-1.jpg\" alt=\"BI-rumah\" width=\"448\" height=\"264\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/BI-rumah-1.jpg 448w, https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/BI-rumah-1-300x177.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Sumber: Bank Indonesia<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jika dilihat berdasarkan tipe rumah, maka kenaikan harga yang melambat ini terutama terjadi pada penjualan rumah tipe besar (0,38%, qtq). Jika dilihat berdasarkan wilayah maka di daerah Pontianak &#8211; Kalbar dan sekitarnya mengalami kenaikan harga terendah yaitu sebesar 0,21% (qtq).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu BI juga melihat terjadi penurunan pertumbuhan penjualan properti residensial, yaitu sebesar 6,02% (qtq) lebih rendah dibandingkan pada triwulan III-2015 yaitu sebesar 7,66% (qtq) dan 40,07% (qtq) pada periode yang sama tahun 2014. Perlambatan penjualan properti terutama terjadi pada rumah bertipe besar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perlambatan penjualan properti juga tercermin dari melambatnya penyaluran Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) dan Kredit Pemilikan Apartemen (KPA) pada triwulan IV-2015 sebesar 1,17% (qtq).
