Profit taking mendera harga minyak dipicu oleh sikap Irak yang tidak mau memangkas produksi minyak mentahnya seperti yang disepakati bersama oleh OPEC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Irak yang merupakan produsen minyak anggota OPEC terbesar kedua setelah Arab Saudi meminta pengecualian dari kesepakatan bersama tersebut yang telah telah disetujui semua anggota pada tanggal 27 September lalu.\u00a0 Sikap Irak ini sulit bagi OPEC nuntuk mencapai target pemangkasan produksi untuk mengangkat harga minyak mentah ke atas $100 per barel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Harga minyak mentah berjangka AS West Texas Intermediate (WTI)\u00a0 turun\u00a0 30 sen atau 0,6 persen lebih tinggi pada $ 50,55 per barel. Sedangkan harga minyak mentah berjangka patokan global Brent turun 24 sen atau 0,5%\u00a0 menjadi $ 51,54 per barel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Akhir pekan lalu harga minyak mentah naik mendapat dukungan dari komentar Rusia menegaskan komitmennya untuk bergabung dengan produsen untuk pemotongan produksi.
