Saham tidak mampu rebound yang sudah tertekan selama 2 hari berturut sekalipun laporan kinerja keuangan perseroan Q3-2016 berusaha memberikan sentimen positif.<\/p>\n<p>Selama sembilan bulan pertama tahun ini, PPRO berhasil mendapatkan keuntungan yang bertambah dari periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya yaitu mendapatkan laba bersih Rp260,52 miliar, sedangkan tahun lalu periode sama hanya Rp200,62 miliar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kinerja yang cukup lumayan ini menerima suntikan dari lonjakan pendapatan perseroan menjadi Rp1,56 triliun, atau alami peningkatan hingga 51% dari pendapatan\u00a0 periode Q3-2015. Pendapatan didominasi oleh pendapatan realty hingga Rp1,46 triliun, lalu\u00a0pendapatan properti atau recurring income sebesar Rp94 miliar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saham PPRO diawal\u00a0 perdagangan kemarin dibuka kuat pada level 1385 namun terkoreksi kembali hingga turun ke 1375 dengan volume perdagangan saham sebanyak 48,9 juta saham. Saham PPRO kemarin berhasil mencapai posisi tinggi di kisaran 1420.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analyst Vibiz Research Center melihat sisi indikator teknikal, harga saham PPRO\u00a0 bergerak negatif dengan indikator MA\u00a0 masih menunjukkan kenaikan dan indikator Stochastic konsolidasi di area tengah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara indikator Average Directional Index terpantau sedikit bergerak turun bersamaan dengan turunnya +DI yang menunjukan pergerakan PPRO rawan\u00a0 koreksi.
