Beberapa saat setelah pasar London dibuka Mark Carney sebagai Gubernur BOE memberikan pernyataannya bersamaan laporan strees test perbankan dan laporan kestabilan kondisi moneter negeri tersebut yang dilaporkan hari ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk laporan stress test perbankan di negeri tersebut, Mark Carney menilai masih positif dibandingkan dengan ekspektasi buruk pasca Brexit. Namun dari sisi moneter, BOE melihat pasca Brexit kondisi kredit dan tabungan masyarakat menurun. Pernyataan Carney diatas menjadi sentimen positif bagi laju GBPUSD.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Demikian juga dengan kenaikan harga minyak mentah jenis Brent hingga 4 persen lebih pada perdagangan sesi Eropa di tengah kecemasan pasar menanti hasil pertemuan OPEC di Wina yang membahas pemangkasan produksi minyak produsen minyak OPEC, turut menjadi sentimen positif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Namun momentum pada sesi Amerika yang dapat meninggikan dollar AS menjadi pemberat bagi laju pair GBPUSD. Jika data ADP employment change meningkat signfikan maka pair akan terpukul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pergerakan kurs pound di sesi Eropa (08:50:35 GMT) menguat terhadap dollar AS,\u00a0 setelah\u00a0 dibuka lebih tinggi\u00a0 dari perdagangan sebelumnya pada\u00a0 posisi 1.2493\u00a0 di\u00a0\u00a0 awal\u00a0\u00a0 perdagangan sesi Asia\u00a0 (00.00 GMT),\u00a0 kini kurs\u00a0 pound\u00a0 naik\u00a0 14 pips\u00a0 dan bergerak di posisi 1.2504.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analyst Vibiz Research Center melihat\u00a0 pair GBPUSD dapat naik\u00a0 terus menuju kisaran 1.2529-1.2569.
