Awal pekan baru berhasil naik 50 poin dan perdagangan hari Selasa (21\/2) belum ada pendakian yang signifikan, saham ASII yang dibuka flat masih bergerak konsolidasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Update perseroan terkini, Hari Senin (20\/2) perseroan melakukan perayaan topping off 2 proyek properti di Jakarta. ASII yang memiliki bisnis utamanya dalam bidang otomotif membangun gedung perkantoran bernama Menara Astra dan juga apartemen bernama Apartement Anandamaya Residence. Biaya investasi yang dikeluarkan perseroan untuk kedua properti ini sebesar Rp8 triliun dengan biaya paling besar untuk pembangunan Menara Astra senilai Rp4,5 triliun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebagai informasi, kepemilikan Apartemen Anandamaya Residence tersebut joint venture dengan perusahaan properti asal Hongkong\u00a0 yaitu Hongkong Land. Namun untuk Menara Astra murni milik perseroan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk pergerakan sahamnya pada\u00a0 perdagangan sesi pertama, saham ASII dibuka flat di posisi 7950\u00a0 dan jelang akhir sesi kedua sempat menyentuh posisi terendah di 7900 dengan\u00a0 volume perdagangan saham sudah mencapai 227 ribu lot\u00a0 saham.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analyst Vibiz Research Center melihat sisi indikator teknikal, harga saham ASII perdagangan sebelumnya\u00a0 bergerak kuat dengan\u00a0 indikator MA bergerak turun\u00a0 dan indikator Stochastic bergerak naik keluar dari area jenuh jualnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara indikator Average Directional Index terpantau bergerak naik dan +DI\u00a0 bergerak turun menunjukan pergerakan ASII\u00a0 rawan koreksi.
