Buruknya kinerja saham PT Nirvana Development Tbk (NIRO)\u00a0 ini sejalan dengan kinerja keuangan yang terus merugi, bahkan bertambah rugi pada periode kuartal pertama lalu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sekalipun ekspansi perseroan mendirikan banyak mall di luar pulau Jawa terus berjalan, namun keuangan NIRO masih negatif alias merugi. Berita terbaru dari perseroan, NIRO baru membeli mall di Sulawesi\u00a0 senilai Rp48,7 miliar dari PT Primerindo Kencana oleh 2 anak usahanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melihat kinerja keuangannya sepanjang 3 bulan pertama tahun ini, kerugian NIRO bertambah menjadi Rp8 miliar lebih dari Rp3,7 miliar pada periode kuartal pertama tahun 2016. Membengkaknya kerugian perseroan dipicu oleh meningkatnya beban keuangan dari pendapatan yang meningkat sebesar Rp76,6 miliar dari Rp58,1 miliar periode sama tahun 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dan untuk pergerakan sahamnya di lantai perdagangan bursa saham hari Rabu (7\/6), saham NIRO dibuka kuat di posisi 76 setelah sebelumnya di posisi 75 dan kemudian bergerak negatif\u00a0 dengan posisi rendah di 74.
