PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk adalah perusahaan e-commerce pertama yang melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pada saat pembukaan perdagangan KIOS dibuka naik 50 persen ke posisi Rp450.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perseroan menawarkan 150 juta saham ke publik atau setara 23,07% dari total saham perusahaan, dengan harga per lembar saham yang ditawarkan Rp 300.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melalui IPO ini, Kioson berhasil memperoleh dana sebesar Rp 45 Miliar. Selama proses penawaran saham, pemesanan atas saham Perseroan mengalami oversubscribed lebih dari 10 kali dari jumlah saham yang ditawarkan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasil dana yang diperoleh melalui IPO ini digunakan untuk sebanyak 78,95 persen akan digunakan Kioson untuk mengakuisisi PT Narindo Solusi Komunikasi (\u201cNarindo\u201d). Selebihnya, akan digunakan untuk modal kerja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sejak beroperasi pada 2015, Kioson menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan yang sangat baik. Per 30 April 2017, Perseroan mencatat kenaikan omset Rp 25,9 miliar, meningkat sebanyak 445 persen dari Rp 4,7 miliar (YoY). Kinerja tersebut merupakan bentuk dukungan dari setidaknya 19.000 mitra kios yang tersebar di 384 kota di Indonesia (per September 2017).
