C-BEST Next G ini merupakan penyempurnaan sistem yang sudah ada untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan pemakai jasa dan emiten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut Friderica Widyasari Dewi, Direktur Utama KSEI, Fitur yang dipakai merupakan jawaban akan kebutuhan para pemakai jasa KSEI sejalan dengan tuntutan perkembangan Pasar Modal Indonesia saat ini, dengan kapasitas penyimpanan yang lebih besar, performa lebih optimal dan akses lebih cepat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">KSEI juga akan mengimplementasikan fasilitas AKSes (Acuan Kepemilikan Sekuritas) Next-G yang merupakan pengembangan dari AKSes saat ini. Harapannya agar investor lebih intensif menggunakan fasilitas ini tidak saja untuk sekedar memantau kepemilkan efek serta dana yang tersimpan di Rekening Dana Nasabah, namun lebih dari itu sebagai portal web yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai landasan bagi program AKSes Financial Hub yang berkelanjutan dalam beberapa tahun mendatang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pengembangan AKSes-Next G di tahun 2018 akan menambah fasilitas kenyamanan bagi para investor melalui notifikasi langsung untuk mutasi saldo Efek\/Reksa Dana serta penyebaran informasi pasar modal lainnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan dan memberikan kemudahan kepada investor untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) tanpa perlu hadir secara fisik, yang penerapannya disesuaikan dengan koridor hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia, maka KSEI sudah menunjuk Central Securities Depository (CSD) 2\/2 Turkey- MKK (Merkezi Kayit Kurulusu) sebagai mitra untuk melakukan pengembangan E-proxy and E-voting platform . demikian disampaikan Friderica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beberapa manfaat yang diberikan oleh E-proxy dan E-voting berupa kemudahan komunikasi antara Emiten, Biro Administrasi Efek (BAE), KSEI, Perusahaan Efek, Bank Kustodian dan Pemegang Saham karena menggunakan landasan sistem komunikasi untuk penyelesaian transaksi, aksi korporasi dan pemberian hak suara (vote) secara online dan terintegrasi satu sama lain sehingga pelaksanaan RUPS di Pasar Modal Indonesia dapat berlangsung dengan efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan bisnis proses yang dibutuhkan oleh pelaku pasar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di dalam Rencana Anggaran Tahunan Persero Tahun Buku 2018, diharapkan Pendapatan Usaha Perseroan akan meningkat sebesar 19% dari Rp374 miliar pada tahun 2017, menjadi Rp444 miliar di tahun 2018.
