Salah satu anak perusahaannya, PT Ciputra Residence, meyakini pasar properti di Batam, khususnya untuk produk apartemen, semakin meningkat dengan adanya pergeseran orientasi hunian dari <em>landed house<\/em> ke <em>high-rise building<\/em>. Tren tersebut sebagai dampak kedekatan jarak antara Batam dengan Singapura.<\/p>\n<p>President Director PT Ciputra Residence Budiarsa Sastrawinata mengatakan optimisme itu didorong oleh indikator akan bergairahnya ekonomi seperti mulai tumbuhnya beberapa industri baru seperti <em>digital<\/em> dan <em>Maintenance, Repairing and Overhaul Operation<\/em> (MRO) pesawat terbang, serta sektor pariwisata yang trennya juga terus meningkat, demikian rilis keterangan pers perusahaan belum lama ini (25\/11).<\/p>\n<p>Untuk potensi apresiasi harganya dipandang masih sangat tinggi ditambah regulasi kepemilikan properti orang asing yang semakin terbuka. Batam juga mulai berubah yang semula bertumpu pada sektor industri sekarang mengarah bisnis digital, demikian keterangan pers disampaikan saat peletakkan batu pertama CitraPlaza Nagoya di Nagoya City Walk, Batam, Sabtu lalu (25\/11).<\/p>\n<p>Budiarsa menambahkan, dia mengaku beruntung bahwa Ciputra Residence bisa mendapatkan lahan 6,3 hektar di lokasi paling strategis, yaitu kawasan Nagoya yang merupakan jantung perekonomian Batam. Di mana semua kebutuhan sudah ada di situ dan sudah jadi perhatian publik mulai belanja, kuliner, hiburan, dan gaya hidup.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, direktur PT Ciputra Residence Hendry Tamzel mengatakan superblok CitraPlaza Nagoya yang diperkirakan menelan kapitalisasi sekitar Rp 5 triliun itu diharapkan dapat menguatkan Nagoya sebagai magnet baru di Central Business District (CBD) sebagai pusat belanja sekaligus destinasi wisata utama di Batam.<\/p>\n<p>Proyek apartemen ini saat ini masih dalam tahap <em>pre-sale<\/em> dan perusahaan menawarkan unit apartemen eksklusif. Di atas\u00a0 lahan seluas 6,3 hektar itu akan dibangun 9 tower apartemen, 1 tower hotel, dan mal.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk penawaran perdana akhir tahun ini sebanyak 650 unit apartemen di tower pertama yang terdiri dari 31 lantai. Tiga tipe bisa dipilih mulai studio sampai dua tempat tidur dengan harga mulai Rp409 juta hingga Rp1 miliar, demikian rilis dari Ciputra Residence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Editor: J.
