{"id":375375,"date":"2018-01-16T15:42:27","date_gmt":"2018-01-16T08:42:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vibiznews.com\/?p=375375"},"modified":"2018-01-16T22:01:59","modified_gmt":"2018-01-16T15:01:59","slug":"global-kedaton-catatkan-ipo-pertama-tahun-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/index.php\/2018\/01\/16\/global-kedaton-catatkan-ipo-pertama-tahun-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Global Kedaton Catatkan IPO Pertama Tahun 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Vibiznews &#8211; IDX) PT LCK Global Kedaton Tbk yang merupakan perusahaan jasa konstruksi telekomunikasi, pada hari ini, Selasa (16\/1\/2018) secara resmi telah melakukan pencatatan perdana saham (listing) di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham LCKM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada saat pembukaan perdagangan saham, LCKM langsung naik 50 persen menjadi Rp 312.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perseroan sebelumnya telah menggelar masa penawaran umum atau offering dalam rangka initial public offering (IPO) selama 5 hari kerja sejak 3-9 Januari 2018 lalu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keseluruhan saham yang dilepas berjumlah 200 juta saham dengan harga Rp208 per lembar saham.
