Hal ini tercermin dari Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) pada triwulan II-2018 yang tumbuh 0,76% (qtq), melambat dibandingkan 1,42% (qtq) pada triwulan sebelumnya. Melambatnya kenaikan harga properti residensial terjadi pada semua tipe rumah. Ke depan, perlambatan kenaikan harga rumah diperkirakan berlanjut pada triwulan III-2018 sebesar 0,55% (qtq).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada triwulan II-2018, volume penjualan properti residensial tercatat -0,08% (qtq), lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan 10,55% (qtq) pada triwulan sebelumnya. Penurunan penjualan properti residensial disebabkan oleh penurunan penjualan pada rumah tipe menengah dan rumah tipe besar. Sementara itu, penjualan rumah tipe kecil meningkat. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan penjualan properti residensial pada triwulan II-2018 adalah tingginya suku bunga Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) dan batasan minimum<em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0Down Payment\u00a0<\/em>(DP) kredit rumah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan pembangunan properti residensial oleh pengembang terutama bersumber dari nonperbankan. Hal itu tercermin pada pembiayaan pembangunan yang bersumber dari dana internal pengembang yang mencapai 58,11%.
