{"id":395435,"date":"2018-10-11T13:19:43","date_gmt":"2018-10-11T06:19:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vibiznews.com\/?p=395435"},"modified":"2018-10-11T13:19:43","modified_gmt":"2018-10-11T06:19:43","slug":"menkeu-apresiasi-60-tahun-kerjasama-bilateral-dengan-jepang-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/index.php\/2018\/10\/11\/menkeu-apresiasi-60-tahun-kerjasama-bilateral-dengan-jepang-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Menkeu Apresiasi 60 Tahun  Kerjasama Bilateral Dengan Jepang"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Vibiznews \u2013 Economy &amp; Business) \u2013 Pada tahun 2030 dunia diperkirakan akan menghadapi dampak terhadap lingkungan atas pembangunan industri yang sangat besar.<br \/>\nHari ini, Kamis(11\/10) di Ayodya Hotel, Bali, \u00a0Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) \u00a0bekerja sama dengan Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) menyelenggarakan Seminar yang bertema &#8216;How to Mobilize Private Investment for Green Infrastructures Promoting Intraregional Connectivity&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam <em>keynote speach<\/em>nya Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati mengatakan ini adalah waktu yang tepat untuk membahas pembangunan infrastruktur yang ramah lingkungan. \u201cBerbicara tentang infrastruktur yang ramah lingkungan membawa kita pada dua tujuan akhir yang berkaitan, yaitu membuat negara makmur namun tetap dapat mengatasi dampak pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap lingkungan,\u201d ujarnya seperti yang dilansir dari Kementerian Keuangan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Infrastruktur merupakan pondasi dari pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tetapi, pada saat yang sama tidak mungkin pemerintah dapat mengkompensasi perkembangan ekonomi terhadap penurunan kualitas lingkungan hidup yang dapat mengorbankan masa depan generasi muda. \u201cIndonesia sendiri telah mengutamakan lingkungan dan perubahan iklim pada Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJM) Nasional 2015-2019,\u201d tukas Menkeu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lebih lanjut, Menkeu menyebutkan pemerintah telah mengalokasikan anggaran terkait perubahan iklim yang terus ditingkatkan. Tahun 2016 sebesar Rp73,2 triliun, tahun 2017 sebesar Rp81,8 triliun, dan ditingkat dengan tajam di tahun 2018 sebesar Rp121,45 triliun. Namun demikian, dana APBN saja tidak akan mampu mencukupi. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan investasi dari sektor swasta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Satu alternatif instrumen keuangan yang telah disiapkan oleh Kemenkeu adalah Green Sukuk. Sejak diluncurkan pada awal tahun, instrumen ini telah menarik banyak investor. Penempatan dana akan digunakan pada berbagai proyek ramah lingkungan seperti energi terbarukan, transportasi public, bangunan rendah karbon, manajemen air dan sampah, dan ekowisata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cJBIC telah menjadi partner kerja Indonesia yang strategis. JBIC telah memberikan sebuah kerjasama yang sangat baik terkait kapasitas teknik di bidang pembiayaan infrastruktur,\u201d katanya di acara yang juga memperingati 60 tahun kerjasama Bilateral Indonesia dengan Jepang ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JBIC, lanjutnya, telah berkontribusi pada pembiayaan proyek infrastruktur di Indonesia dalam pembangunan pembangkit listrik, kereta api, maupun jalan tol. Pemerintah sangat menghargai komitmen dan perkembangan yang sangat bagus dari proyek-proyek JBIC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pemerintah pun akan terus meningkatkan kerjasama ini dan menjadikan JBIC rekan kerja yang penting dalam pembangunan infrastruktur yang ramah lingkungan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebagai penutup, Menkeu mengatakan bahwa tidak akan ada satu jenis pembiayaan ramah lingkungan yang cocok di semua negara. Setiap kebijakan serta pilihan investasi harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan negara tersebut.
