Kondisi pasar masih\u00a0 berada dalam suasana hati-hati menjelang pengumuman kebijakan moneter Federal Reserve malam ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelemahan dolar juga mendapat tekanan dari imbal hasil treasury AS yang masih negatif oleh sentimen kehati-hatian pasar akan kebijakan Fed malam ini. Namun tekanan terhadap dolar AS sejak perdagangan sesi Asia mendapat pertolongan pada sesi Amerika saat\u00a0Departemen Perdagangan AS mengatakan sektor perumahan mulai melonjak 3,2 persen ke tingkat tahunan 1,256 juta pada bulan November dari estimasi Oktober direvisi 1,217 juta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laporan itu juga mengatakan izin membangun\u00a0yang menjadi indikator permintaan perumahan di masa depan melonjak hingga 5 persen ke tingkat tahunan 1,328 juta pada November dari tingkat revisi Oktober 1,265 juta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melihat momentum forex di kawasan Eropa yang membuat keuntungan kurs euro tidak penuh yaitu data kepercayaan bisnis Jerman menurun untuk bulan keempat berturut-turut pada bulan Desember ke level terendah dalam dua tahun, karena bisnis semakin khawatir tentang perkembangan politik di Eropa dan pertumbuhan global yang melambat, menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi terbesar di kawasan euro dapat meluncur ke dalam resesi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dolar AS yang sempat jatuh pada posisi terendah dalam sepekan bangkit kembali pasca data sektor perumahan sehingga kekalahan yang diderita berhasil dikurangi.
