Jelang pengumuman risalah tersebut posisi dolar AS terhadap rival-rival utamanya masih lemah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lemahnya dolar AS juga dapat terlihat posisi imbal hasil obligasi AS perdagangan malam ini terkoreksi dari posisi perdagagan sebelumnya yang mencapai 2,75 persen. Posisi indeks dolar AS (DXY) yang melacak kekuatan dolar terhadap rival-rival utamanya sedang tertekan dan kini diperdagangkan dalam posisi terendah 2019 baru yaitu pada kisaran 95,40\/30.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada sesi malam ini dolar sudah mendapat tekanan dari pidato dovish\u00a0Presiden Fed Atlanta Raphael Bostic dalam pertemuan yang diselenggarakan oleh Kamar Dagang Chattanooga. Bostic berpendapat bahwa Fed perlu bersabar dan menunggu kejelasan tentang arah ekonomi dan risiko terhadap prospek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Merespon posisi dolar yang sedang terjun ke posisi terendah dalam 4 bulan, kurs euro mengambil pijakan melaju kencang hingga mencapai posisi tertinggi sejak perdagangan bulan Oktober 2018. Kekuatan euro datang selain dari posisi lemah dolar juga dari\u00a0\u00a0berita pemerintah Inggris dikalahkan di parlemen pada hari Rabu (09\/01) ketika anggota parlemen memilih untuk perubahan prosedural yang mengurangi waktu harus datang dengan rencana alternatif jika kesepakatan Brexit Perdana Menteri Theresa May ditolak dalam pemilihan tanggal 14 Januari 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk pergerakan selanjutnya hingga akhir sesi posisi dolar AS dapat menjadi alasan kuat saat kondisi Brexit bersiap menekan mata uang kawasan Eropa seperti euro dan poundsterling.
