Lalu, seperti apa tren properti tahun ini yang diminati terutama oleh kelompok milenial?<\/p>\n<p>Dalam acara Property Outlook 2019 yang diselenggarakan pada Kamis (24\/01) diungkapkan oleh Country General Manager Rumah123.com ada tiga jenis properti yang bakal jadi tren di 2019. Prinsipnya properti-properti tersebut akan mementingkan kualitas bangunan daripada luas bangunan, demikian disampaikan ke media pers (24\/01).<\/p>\n<p>Yang pertama adalah \u201c<em>micro house<\/em>\u201d. GM Rumah123, Ignatius Untung, menyebutkan <em>micro house<\/em> adalah rumah dengan tanah yang kecil, namun kualitas dan isinya bagus. Jenis rumah ini tanahnya di bawah 70m, 60, 40, tapi secara kualitas mewah.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua, rumah dengan penggunaan dekorasi yang bagus. Unsur penting generasi milenial sekarang adalah dekorasi rumah.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, yang ketiga, rumah \u201c<em>co-living<\/em>\u201d.
