Berdasarkan Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) kuartal IV-2018 terpantau adanya kenaikan harga sebesar 0,35 persen, lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan kuartal sebelumnya yang sebesar 0,42 persen. Secara tahunan, kenaikan harga properti residesial juga melambat dari 3,18 persen (yoy) pada kuartal III-2018 menjadi 2,98 persen di kuartal IV-2018.<\/p>\n<p>BI dalam SHPR yang dirilis Selasa ini (12\/02) menyebutkan bahwa melambatnya kenaikan harga properti residensial terjadi pada tipe rumah kecil. Di kuartal IV-2018 kenaikan harga rumah kecil melambat dari 0,69 persen (quarter to quarter\/qtq) di kuartal sebelumnya menjadi 0,39 persen di kuartal IV-2018.<\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan pada rumah tipe menengah mengalami peningkatan harga sebesar 0,28 persen dari yang sebelumnya 0,26 persen. Adapun rumah tipe besar naik dari 0,3 persen menjadi 0,39 persen di kuartal IV-2019.<\/p>\n<p>Secara wilayah, kenaikan harga properti residensial tertinggi terjadi di wilayah Surabaya yaitu sebesar 1,19 persen.<\/p>\n<p>Pada kuartal IV-2018, meski kenaikan IHPR secara triwulanan melambat, namun biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh rumah tangga untuk tempat tinggal semakin meningat.
