Pada penutupan perdagangan di Wall Street hari Selasa (02\/04) beberapa saat lalu giliran\u00a0Dow Jones dan Nasdaq mengakhiri terbaik mereka dalam hampir enam bulan. Pekan lalu\u00a0S&amp;P 500 mencatat kinerja kuartalan terkuatnya sejak 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indeks Dow Jones naik 329,74 poin atau 1,23 persen menjadi 26.258,42, dipimpin oleh kenaikan saham United Technologies, Caterpillar dan J.P. Morgan Chase. Ini merupakan menandai penutupan pertama di atas 26.000 sejak 26 Februari. Indeks S&amp;P 500 naik 1,2 persen atau 32 poin menjadi 2.867,19 dengan dukungan saham sektor keuangan. Demikian juga indeks Nasdaq Composite ditutup naik 96 poin atau 1,3 persen lebih tinggi pada 7.828,91 karena keuntungan dari saham Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, dan Alphabet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rally harga saham di Wall Street mencerminkan optimisme yang berlanjut tentang pembicaraan perdagangan AS-China serta reaksi positif terhadap data ekonomi AS dan China yang optimis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Data resmi menunjukkan aktivitas manufaktur China secara tak terduga tumbuh untuk pertama kalinya dalam empat bulan di bulan Maret. Sebuah survei swasta juga menunjukkan sektor manufaktur di ekonomi terbesar kedua di dunia itu kembali ke pertumbuhan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Demikian juga di Amerika, kinerja manufaktur AS pada bulan Maret 2019 menurut survei ISM secara tak terduga menunjukkan data tingkat pertumbuhan yang lebih cepat dan merecoveri data sebelumnya yang merupakan rekor terendah 2 tahun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sentimen positif lainnya datang dari\u00a0 Beijing mengumumkan akan terus menangguhkan tarif tambahan pada kendaraan dan suku cadang AS setelah 1 April sebagai isyarat setelah Washington menunda kenaikan tarif impor China.\u00a0Kunjungan balasan delegasi China yang dipimpin oleh Wakil Perdana Menteri China Liu He akan menuju ke Washington akhir pekan ini untuk mengadakan pembicaraan perdagangan lagi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk berita sektoral,\u00a0 saham sektor layanan minyak mendapat kekuatan yang cukup besar dari lompatan harga minyak mentah. Kemudian saham baja juga bergerak naik tajam dengan indeks NYSE Arca Steel Index melonjak 3,3 persen, karena data manufaktur AS yang optimis menghasilkan optimisme tentang permintaan global.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kekuatan signifikan juga terlihat di antara saham keuangan, dengan NYSE Arca Broker\/Dealer Index dan KBW Bank Index melonjak masing-masing sebesar 3,2 persen dan 2,9 persen.\u00a0Saham bank Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America dan J.P.
