Kemudian ditutup pada posisi 97,12 yang\u00a0 turun sekitar 0,1% dari penutupan sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berpijak pada posisi defensif dolar ini membuat rival utama lainnya melaju kuat dan yang paling melambung yaitu yen Jepang, sempat naik ke posisi tinggi 5 bulan setelah kemudian ditutup melemah\u00a00,06% dengan 1 unit dolar diambil 108,14 yen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terhadap Poundsterling Inggris, dolar turun 0,28% pada 1,2700, dengan sterling naik dari level terendah lima bulan ke posisi tinggi 1 pekan setelah Presiden AS Donald Trump menjanjikan kesepakatan pasca-Brexit dengan AS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Demikian juga terhadap Aussie, dolar AS turun sekitar seperempat persen\u00a0 ke posisi terendah 1 bulan setelah bank sentral Australia memutuskan memangkas suku bunga sebesar 25 basis poin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dolar AS turun 0,33% terhadap loonie Canada di 1,3393, dan turun 0,6% terhadap franc Swiss di 0,9919. Demikian juga\u00a0 turun 0,11% terhadap euro, diperdagangkan pada 1,1255.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pergerakan dolar AS yang melemah dipengaruhi oleh komentar Ketua Federal Reserve Jerome Powell dalam pidato pembukaan di konferensi Chicago\u00a0Powell. Dia\u00a0berjanji bank sentral akan mengambil tindakan yang tepat untuk mempertahankan ekspansi ekonomi AS di tengah meningkatnya kekhawatiran\u00a0 ketegangan perdagangan global dapat memicu resesi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Powell mengakui bahwa Fed tidak tahu bagaimana atau kapan dampak perang dagang akan diselesaikan merespon\u00a0 perkembangan terakhir yang melibatkan negosiasi perdagangan dan hal-hal lainnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Komentar awal Ketua Fed semalam menghasilkan optimisme tentang kemungkinan penurunan suku bunga bank sentral Amerika.
