{"id":415195,"date":"2019-06-24T22:49:53","date_gmt":"2019-06-24T15:49:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vibiznews.com\/?p=415195"},"modified":"2019-06-24T22:52:02","modified_gmt":"2019-06-24T15:52:02","slug":"kepala-bkf-sampaikan-rincian-batasan-harga-rumah-sederhana-bebas-ppn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/index.php\/2019\/06\/24\/kepala-bkf-sampaikan-rincian-batasan-harga-rumah-sederhana-bebas-ppn\/","title":{"rendered":"Kepala BKF Sampaikan Rincian Batasan Harga Rumah Sederhana Bebas PPN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Vibiznews \u2013 Properti) \u2013 Untuk mendorong investasi di sektor properti, Pemerintah melalui Kepala Badan Kebijakan Fiskal (Kepala BKF) Suahasil Nazara menyampaikan rincian batasan insentif fiskal <a href=\"http:\/\/pemerintah-terbitkan-5-insentif-sektor-properti-untuk-dorong-investasi\/\">untuk mendorong investasi di sektor properti<\/a> pada konferensi pers APBN KiTa (Kinerja dan Fakta), demikian dilansir dari Kementerian Keuangan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berikut adalah daftar batasan harga jual rumah sederhana berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 81\/PMK.010\/2019 tentang Batasan Rumah Umum, Pondok Boro Asrama Mahasiswa dan Pelajar, serta Perumahan Lainnya, yang atas Penyerahannya Dibebaskan dari Pengenaan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terkait batasan harga jual Rumah Umum Bebas PPN, dibagi atas 5 zona, yaitu zona pertama Pulau Jawa (kecuali Jakarta, Bogor Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) dan Sumatera (kecuali Kepulauan Riau, Bangka Belitung, Kepulauan Mentawai) dari Rp130 juta di tahun 2018 menjadi Rp140 juta di tahun 2019 dan Rp150.500.000 di tahun 2020 mendatang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zona kedua yaitu Kalimantan (kecuali Kabupaten Murung Raya dan Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu) dari Rp142 juta di tahun 2018 menjadi Rp153 juta di tahun 2019 dan Rp164.500.000 di tahun 2020 mendatang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zona ketiga yaitu Sulawesi, Bangka Belitung, Kepulauan Mentawai dan Kepulauan Riau (kecuali Kepulauan Anambas) dari Rp136 juta di tahun 2018 menjadi Rp146 juta di tahun 2019 dan Rp156.500.000 di tahun 2020 mendatang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zona keempat yaitu Maluku, Maluku Utara, Bali dan Nusa Tenggara, Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) dan Kepulauan Anambas, Kabupaten Murung Raya, Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu dari Rp148.500.000 di tahun 2018 menjadi Rp158 juta di tahun 2019 dan Rp168 juta di tahun 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zona kelima yaitu Papua dan Papua Barat dari Rp205 juta di tahun 2018 menjadi Rp212 juta di tahun 2019 dan Rp219 juta di tahun 2020 mendatang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebagai informasi, batasan harga jual tahun 2018 diatur dalam PMK 113\/PMK.03\/2014 sedangkan batasan harga jual tahun 2019 dan 2020 ditetapkan berdasarkan masukan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (Kementerian PUPR) dan mempertimbangkan inflasi sektor perumahan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Belinda Kosasih\/ Partner of Banking Business Services\/Vibiz Consulting <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Editor : Asido Situmorang<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Vibiznews \u2013 Properti) \u2013 Untuk mendorong investasi di sektor properti, Pemerintah melalui Kepala Badan Kebijakan Fiskal (Kepala BKF) Suahasil Nazara menyampaikan rincian batasan insentif fiskal untuk mendorong investasi di sektor properti pada konferensi pers APBN KiTa (Kinerja dan Fakta), demikian dilansir dari Kementerian Keuangan.
