Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) pada triwulan IV 2019 tumbuh 0,30% (qtq), lebih rendah dibandingkan 0,50% (qtq) pada triwulan sebelumnya. Pada triwulan I 2020, pertumbuhan IHPR diprakirakan meningkat terbatas menjadi 0,43% (qtq), demikian rilis survey Bank Indonesia yang disampaikan Departemen Komunikasi BI (12\/2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di tengah kenaikan harga yang terbatas, penjualan properti residensial pada triwulan IV-2019 mengalami penurunan. Hasil survei harga properti residensial mengindikasikan penjualan properti residensial kembali turun 16,33% (qtq), setelah triwulan sebelumnya tumbuh 16,18% (qtq). Penurunan penjualan rumah tersebut terjadi pada seluruh tipe rumah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasil survei juga menunjukkan bahwa pengembang masih mengandalkan dana internal perusahaan sebagai sumber pembiayaan utama proyek perumahan. Hal tersebut tercermin dari porsi penggunaan dana internal developer yang mencapai 58,80%. Sementara itu, mayoritas responden (71,88%) melakukan pembelian rumah dengan menggunakan sumber pembiayaan dari fasilitas KPR perbankan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analis Vibiz Research Center melihat secara lebih detailnya bahwa indeks harga properti residential tipe rumah kecil masih mengalami kenaikan pertambahan. Tetapi indeks secara keseluruhannya tertekan oleh pelambatan pertumbuhan harga yang datang dari tipe rumah menengah dan rumah besar.
