Angka ini meningkat signifikan dari 2,8% pada tahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Belum pulihnya sektor properti dan penurunan permintaan, disebutkan oleh Direktur Utama Bank BTN Pahala Nugraha Mansyuri, merupakan sebagian penyebab peningkatan NPL ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Peningkatan ini terjadi salah satunya karena belum pulihnya sektor properti di 2019, apalagi dengan menurunnya permintaan khususnya penjualan apartemen dan bangunan <em>high rise<\/em> menyebabkan penurunan kolektibilitas dari kredit yang disalurkan, khususnya berasal dari segmen komersil,&#8221; jelas Pahala kepada Komisi XI DPR (18\/2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disebutkan juga bahwa NPL segmen komersil Bank BTN tahun 2019 telah meningkat menjadi 18,7%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selanjutnya disampaikan bahwa pada periode 2015-2018 yang lalu pertumbuhan kredit sempat ditingkatkan dan naik menjadi 17%-19%. Namun demikian, kenyataannya dari pertumbuhan nasabah tersebut masih banyak debitur bermasalah dan harus dilakukan restrukturisasi kredit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Demikian pun, Dirut Bank BTN ini tetap optimis, dan menyatakan: \u201cDi akhir 2020 nanti BTN mengharapkan rasio NPL yang akan dibukukan turun di kisaran 3,5%-3,6%,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analis Vibiz Research Center melihat upaya Bank BTN untuk menurunkan rasio NPL bukan hal yang mudah. Restrukturisasi serta penyelesaian kredit pada segmen komersial dan korporasi harus terus diketatkan. Mungkin saja ini juga akan menggerus profitabilitas bank oleh besarnya alokasi pencadangan.
