Dan secara tak terduga Bank of England secara memotong suku bunga utamanya cukup besar selain langkah stimulus lainnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/d3fy651gv2fhd3.cloudfront.net\/charts\/united-kingdom-interest-rate.png?s=ukbrbase&amp;v=202003110824V20191105\" alt=\"United Kingdom Interest Rate\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BOE memangkas suku bunga utamanya\u00a0<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> sebesar 50bps menjadi 0,25 persen setelah sebelumnya ada pada posisi 0,75 persen sejak pertemuan komite kebijakan bulan Agustus 2018. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Dalam pertemuan hari ini, Komite juga mengumumkan\u00a0 langkah-langkah lain untuk meningkatkan ekonomi Inggris terhadap gangguan yang disebabkan oleh wabah koronavirus, termasuk skema Pendanaan Jangka baru dengan insentif tambahan untuk Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (TFSME), yang dibiayai dari cadangan bank sentral. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pembuat kebijakan BOE juga memutuskan untuk mempertahankan cadangan pembelian obligasi korporasi kelas investasi non-finansial sterling, dibiayai oleh penerbitan cadangan bank sentral, pada \u00a3 10 miliar; dan cadangan pembelian obligasi pemerintah Inggris sebesar \u00a3 435 miliar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Komite menambahkan untuk TFSME\u00a0 selama 12 bulan ke depan, menawarkan pendanaan empat tahun setidaknya 5% dari saham peserta pinjaman ekonomi riil dengan bunga sesuai suku bunga acuan, untuk mengurangi tekanan dan memaksimalkan efektivitas kebijakan moneter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Merespon kebijakan darurat ini, posisi poundsterling sempat bergerak lemah dari posisi yang sedang rebound oleh posisi pelemahan dolar AS.
