Hal ini tercermin dari Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen (IKK) Maret 2020 yang tetap berada pada level optimis (di atas 100) yaitu sebesar 113,8, meski tidak sekuat optimisme bulan sebelumnya dengan IKK sebesar 117,7.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cOptimisme konsumen yang tertahan disebabkan oleh menurunnya persepsi konsumen terhadap kondisi ekonomi saat ini dan ekspektasi kondisi ekonomi ke depan. Menurunnya persepsi konsumen terhadap kondisi ekonomi saat ini terutama dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan lapangan kerja yang lebih terbatas,\u201d demikian penjelasan Departemen Komunikasi BI, Senin ini (6\/4).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sedangkan ekspektasi konsumen terhadap kondisi ekonomi ke depan tertahan akibat persepsi konsumen terhadap kondisi kegiatan usaha 6 bulan mendatang yang tidak sekuat persepsi konsumen pada bulan sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasil survei mengindikasikan pengeluaran konsumsi untuk 3 bulan mendatang (Juni 2020) diprakirakan masih terjaga. Hal ini tercermin dari indeks prakiraan konsumsi rumah tangga 3 bulan mendatang sebesar 165,5, relatif stabil dibandingkan dengan capaian pada bulan sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tetap terjaganya pengeluaran konsumsi tersebut terutama didorong oleh permintaan yang diprakirakan meningkat pada bulan puasa Ramadhan dan perayaan Hari Raya Idulfitri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analis Vibiz Research Center melihat dampak penyebaran wabah Covid-19 belakangan ini yang agak menggerus optimisme konsumen, sehingga IKK ini turun pada Maret 2020. Walaupun demikian, seperti yang disebutkan BI, konsumen masih tetap optimis (di atas 100), tidak langsung anjlok. Nampaknya sejumlah kebijakan Pemerintah RI, termasuk paket stimulus fiskal dan moneter, telah memberikan semangat optimisme bagi konsumen.
