Hal ini tercermin dari kenaikan Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) triwulan I 2020 sebesar 1,68% (yoy), lebih rendah dibandingkan 1,77% (yoy) pada triwulan sebelumnya. Perlambatan IHPR diprakirakan akan berlanjut pada triwulan II 2020 dengan tumbuh sebesar 1,56% (yoy).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPenjualan properti residensial pada triwulan I 2020 menurun signifikan. Hasil survei harga properti residensial mengindikasikan bahwa penjualan properti residensial mengalami kontraksi yang cukup dalam sebesar -43,19% (yoy), jauh lebih rendah dari triwulan sebelumnya yang tumbuh terbatas sebesar 1,19% (yoy). Hal tersebut tercermin dari penggunaan dana internal developer yang dominan hingga mencapai 61,63%. Sementara itu, mayoritas konsumen masih mengandalkan pembiayaan perbankan dalam membeli properti residensial. Persentase jumlah konsumen yang menggunakan fasilitas KPR dalam pembelian properti residensial adalah sebesar 74,73%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analis Vibiz Research Center melihat secara lebih detailnya bahwa indeks harga properti residential untuk seluruh tipe memang mengalami penurunan. Salah satu faktor penyebab yang dominan dari survei tersebut adalah karena COVID-19. Faktor lainnya adalah suku bunga KPR yang masih dipandang terlalu tinggi oleh para responden, meskipun sebenarnya telah terjadi tren penurunan suku bunga rata-rata ke level 8,92% dari triwulan sebelumnya yang sebesar 9,12%.
