PDB turun -2,3% YoY pada kuartal pertama berdasarkan kalender dan penyesuaian harga, kata Destatis, membenarkan estimasi pertama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ini adalah penurunan terbesar kedua sejak penyatuan Jerman, menyusul penurunan -4,7% pada kuartal pertama 2009, kata Destatis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konsumsi akhir rumah tangga menurun 3,2% yang disesuaikan dan pembentukan modal tetap pada mesin dan peralatan menurun 6,9%. Pengeluaran pemerintah naik 0,2% dan pembentukan modal tetap dalam konstruksi meningkat 4,1%, mencegah penurunan PDB yang lebih besar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perdagangan luar negeri juga menurun karena coronavirus. Menurut perhitungan sementara, ekspor turun 3,1%, setelah penyesuaian harga, musiman dan kalender. Sementara ekspor barang menurun 4,0%, ekspor jasa meningkat 0,7%. Impor barang dan jasa turun 1,6%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Penguncian dimulai di Jerman pada 22 Maret dan kurang ketat dibandingkan di negara-negara zona euro lainnya. Ekonom memperkirakan kontraksi PDB yang lebih tajam pada kuartal kedua. Dengan ekonomi Jerman mulai dibuka kembali secara bertahap pada 20 April, sebagian besar produksi kuartal kedua akan meleset dibandingkan pada kuartal pertama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Negara-negara Eropa Utara, pada umumnya, menyusut jauh lebih sedikit daripada negara-negara Mediterania.
