Dalam survei, 78% responden mengatakan pembeli mengharapkan harga turun dibandingkan harga sebelum krisis dan <em>lockdown<\/em>. Sementara itu, 78% responden menyatakan pihak penjual atau pengembang mengharapkan harga yang tetap sama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Ketidakcocokan dalam ekspektasi harga ini menimbulkan potensi adanya friksi dan pelambatan transaksi dalam beberapa minggu dan bulan mendatang karena pembeli mencari harga murah tetapi pengembang berharap mendapatkan harga yang sama dari sebelum <em>lockdown<\/em>,&#8221; jelas laporan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analis Vibiz Research Center melihat bahwa sejumlah pelaku pasar properti dalam negeri berharap dengan menuju ke <em>new normal<\/em> maka industri properti dapat menggeliat kembali. Pihak Pemerintah juga berharap Program Sejuta Rumah dapat bergulir kembali dari pihak pengembang pada masa <em>new normal<\/em>, setelah terhambat di masa pandemi.
