Harga <strong>kopi Robusta<\/strong> naik karena produksi kopi Robusta di Vietnam turun.<\/p>\n<p>Harga <strong>gula<\/strong> pada hari Jumat di New York turun dari lima bulan terendahnya, karena turunnya harga minyak mentah pada hari Jumat dan melemahnya real Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>Harga <strong>kakao<\/strong> ditutup naik pada hari Jumat dengan harga kakao di New York naik ke tertinggi 5 bulan dan harga kakao di London naik ke tertinggi 6 minggu, karena cuaca kering di Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun penggerak pasar pada minggu ini adalah sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<p>Harga <strong>kopi Arabika<\/strong>\u00a0 September di ICE New York turun $1.55 ( 1,32%) menjadi $115.45\u00a0 dan harga <strong>kopi Robusta<\/strong> September di ICE London naik\u00a0 1.83%.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor penggerak pasar Kopi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produksi kopi\u00a0 dunia 2020\/21 naik 5\/5% dari tahun lalu menjadi tertinggi 176.1 juta kantong menurut USDA Foreign Agricultural Services (FAS).<\/li>\n<li>Konsumsi kopi global naik 0.3% dari tahun lalu menjadi 168.492 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar kopi dunia di 2019\/20 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0akan menjadi \u00a0defisit 486,000 kantong turun dari surplus \u00a0136 juga kantong di 2018\/19 menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi kopi Arabika Brazil naik 14.5% dari tahun lalu mencapai rekor 67.9 kantong karena cuaca yang baik menurut FAS.<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan ekspor kopi Brazil di 2020\/21 naik 12% dari tahun lalu menjadi 41.024 juta kantong menurut FAS.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi kopi Arabika Colombia di bulan Juli naik 1 % dari tahun lalu menjadi 1.133 juta kantong menurut the Colombia Coffee Grower Federation.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi Robusta Vietnam di bulan Juli turun 27% dari tahun lalu menjadi 120,000 MT\u00a0 dan kumulatif ekspor Vietnam dari Januari \u2013 Juli\u00a0 turun 0.01% dari tahun lalu menjadi 1.061 MMT menurut General Departement of\u00a0 Vietnam Customs.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi kopi Robusta Vietnam di 2020\/21\u00a0 diperkirakan turun 3.5% dari tahun lalu menjadi 30.2 juta kantong menurut\u00a0 USDA \u2013 FAS .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Harga <strong>gula<\/strong> Oktober di\u00a0 ICE New York turun 27 sen (2.09%) menjadi\u00a0 $12.67 dan harga gula Oktober di ICE London turun 1.43%.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor Penggerak Pasar Gula:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produksi gula dunia di 2019\/20 ( April \/ Maret) turun 4.8% dari tahun lalu menjadi 166.7 MMT, setelah naik 0.6% dari tahun lalu mencapai rekor 185.2 MMT di 2018\/19 menurut ISO.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar gula dunia akan defisit 9.3 MMT defisit terbesar sejak 11 tahun lalu,dari surplus 1.7 MMT di 2018\/19 menurut ISO.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi gula Brazil, negara produsen gula terbesar di dunia di tahun 2020\/21 diperkirakan\u00a0 akan naik 18.5% dari tahun lalu menjadi 35.3 MMT menurut CONAB.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi gula India akan naik 17.7% dari tahun lalu menjadi 32.01 MMT karena perluasan area naik 8.1% menjadi 5.23 juta Ha menurut ISMA.<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan ekspor gula India naik 7 MMT\u00a0 naik 25.7% dari 2019\/20 menurut ISMA.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi gula Thailand di 2020 \/21 turun 10% dari tahun lalu menjadi terendah 11 tahun sebesar 7.4 MMT dibawah perkiraan USDA 12.9 MMT karena cuaca kering terburuk selama 4 dekade menurut Czarnikow Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Harga<strong> kakao<\/strong> September di ICE New York naik $36 ( 1.43%) menjadi $2,546 per ton sedangkan harga kakao September di ICE London naik 1.07 %.<\/p>\n<p>Faktorpenggerak pasar kakao :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produksi kakao dunia di 2019\/20 (Oktober \u2013 September) akan turun 0.6% dari tahun lalu menjadi 4.75 MMT menurut ICCO<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi kakao yang digiling menjadi 4.783 MMT dari 4.784 MMT di 2018\/19 turun 0.02 % penurunan pertama sejak 2016 menurut ICCO.<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan pasar Kakao 2019\/20 diturunkan menjadi defisit 80,000 MT dari defisit 52,000 MT di 2018\/19. menurut ICCO<\/li>\n<li>Produksi Ivory Coast di 2019\/20 diperkirakan naik 1.2% dari tahun lalu menjadi 2.18 MMT.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi Ghana 2019\/20 diperkirakan naik 2.3% dari tahun lalu menjadi 850.00 MMT menurut ICCO.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi kakao Nigeria, negara produsen kakao terbesar ke lima di dunia diperkirakan akan turun menjadi 148,750 MT dari perkiraan sebelumnya sebesar 181,475 MT, karena wabah jamur blackpod akibat curah hujan tinggi di daerah perkebunan utama, menurut The Cocoa Association of Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Loni T \/ Analyst Vibiz Learning Center &#8211; Vibiz Consulting Group<\/p>\n<p>Editor : Asido<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Vibiznews \u2013 Commodity) \u2013\u00a0 Pada penutupan pasar hari Jum\u2019at harga soft commodities mixed, dengan harga kopi Arabika turun, harga kopi Robusta naik, harga gula turun dan harga kakao juga turun Harga kopi pada hari Jumat mixed dengan harga kopi Arabika turun ke terendah 1 minggu karena melemahnya real Brazil.
