Nikkei dibatasi\u00a0 oleh posisi penguatan yen Jepang\u00a0 yang merugikan saham-saham eksportir utama. <span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sentimen positif di bursa Tokyo terangkat oleh Perdana Menteri Yoshihide Suga dikabarkan menginstruksikan para menterinya untuk menyusun anggaran tambahan ketiga untuk tahun fiskal 2020, yang akan berakhir pada bulan Maret, guna mendanai stimulus baru untuk mendukung perekonomian.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Secara teknikal menurut analyst Vibiz Research Center indeks Nikkei berjangka hari ini retreat.
