Perkembangan ini tercermin dari pertumbuhan Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) triwulan III 2020 yang tercatat sebesar 1,51% (yoy), relatif stabil dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan pada triwulan sebelumnya sebesar 1,59% (yoy). IHPR diprakirakan masih tumbuh terbatas pada triwulan IV 2020 sebesar 1,29% (yoy).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dari sisi volume, penjualan properti residensial pada triwulan III 2020 masih menurun. Hal ini tercermin dari penjualan properti residensial yang terkontraksi 30,93% (yoy), dibandingkan kontraksi pada triwulan sebelumnya sebesar 25,60% (yoy). Pada triwulan III 2020, pembiayaan pembangunan properti yang bersumber dari dana internal pengembang mencapai 66,87% dari total kebutuhan modal. Dari sisi konsumen, fasilitas KPR menjadi sumber pembiayaan utama dalam pembelian properti residensial dengan pangsa mencapai 76,02% dari total pembiayaan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analis Vibiz Research Center melihat pelambatan kenaikan Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) triwulan III ini sudah diprediksi sebelumnya, terutama karena factor COVID-19 yang menekan penjualan. Kontraksi pada penjualan property residensial ini, di sisi lain, terlihat juga lebih melambat yakni dari 25,6% di triwulan II kepada 30,9% di triwulan berikutnya. Kemungkinan untuk sepanjang tahun ini masih akan cenderung mengalami kontraksi penjualan properti, tetapi dengan tempo yang melambat.\u00a0 IHPR dengan demikian akan masih menurun.
