Perseroan ini menjadi perusahaan tercatat ke 47 di tahun 2020 yang mencatatkan sahamnya di BEI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Harga perdana saham PTDU saat perdagangan dibuka langsung\u00a0 melonjak ke posisi Rp135 atau mengalami kenaikan 35% dari harga penawaran saham awal Rp 100. Perseroan menawarkan kepada masyarakat sebanyak 300.000.000 lembar saham baru atau setara dengan 20% dari Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor Penuh Perseroan setelah IPO dengan nilai nominal Rp 100 per sahamnya. Berdasarkan hasil penawaran umum dari tanggal 30 November &#8211; 02 Desember 2020, saham \u201cPTDU\u201d mengalami <em>oversubscribed <\/em>124,08 kali dari penawaran <em>pooling<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Direktur Utama PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk, Heru Putranto, mengatakan dana yang diperoleh dari IPO ini sebesar Rp. 30 miliar. Adapun dana hasil IPO nantinya akan dipergunakan sebesar Rp 5 miliar digunakan untuk untuk membayar hutang bank BRI, sekitar 44,44% dari dana hasil IPO akan digunakan untuk pembelian alat dalam rangka peremajaan alat. Sisanya akan digunakan untuk modal kerja dalam rangka mendukung kegiatan operasional Perseroan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mengenal bisnis perseroan, PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk merupakan kontraktor swasta nasional di Indonesia.
