Namun secara mingguan Nikkei berhasil cetak rebound moderat dan berada di kisaran tertinggi 29 tahun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pemerintah Jepang menaikkan tingkat kewaspadaan COVID-19 ke level tertinggi dari empat tahap karena jumlah kasus baru melonjak ke rekor tertinggi harian 822. Investor juga merespon keputusan kebijakan moneter BoJ hari ini,\u00a0 Bank of Japan mengumumkan perpanjangan enam bulan dari program pembelian obligasi korporat dan\u00a0 mulai mencari cara yang lebih baik untuk mencapai target inflasi 2 persen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara itu Jepang telah menyiapkan rekor anggaran untuk tahun fiskal berikutnya sebagai usaha Perdana Pemerintah Menteri Yoshihide Suga menopang perekonomian dan mengalokasikan pengeluaran untuk menahan tingkat infeksi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indeks harian Nikkei ditutup turun 43,28 poin atau 0,16% lebih rendah ke posisi 26.763,39.
