Sepanjang tahun 2020, indeks Kospi melonjak 30,8%, kenaikan terbesar sejak 2009. Demikian juga melonjak 23,4% pada kuartal terakhir, lompatan kuartalan terbesar dalam lebih dari 17 tahun.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Penguatan Kospi sepanjang tahun karena investor menyambut rekor langkah-langkah stimulus dari bank sentral di seluruh dunia yang bertujuan untuk meredakan penurunan ekonomi yang disebabkan dari pandemi virus corona. Bursa saham Korea Selatan akan libur pada akhir tahun dan akan buka pada tanggal 4 Januari 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara itu,\u00a0 Moderna Inc mengatakan\u00a0 pihaknya sedang berdiskusi dengan pemerintah Korea Selatan untuk berpotensi memberikan 40 juta atau lebih dosis vaksin COVID-19.
