Hal ini tercermin dari kenaikan Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) triwulan IV-2020 sebesar 1,43% (yoy), sedikit lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan pada triwulan sebelumnya sebesar 1,51% (yoy). IHPR diprakirakan masih tumbuh terbatas pada triwulan I-2021 sebesar 1,17% (yoy).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pertumbuhan volume penjualan properti residensial pada triwulan IV-2020 tercatat membaik, meskipun masih terkontraksi. Hal ini tercermin pada kontraksi penjualan properti residensial sebesar -20,59% (yoy) pada triwulan IV-2020, lebih baik dari kontraksi 30,93% (yoy) pada triwulan sebelumnya. Penurunan penjualan properti residensial terjadi pada seluruh tipe rumah,\u201d demikian penjelasan resmi Departmen Komunikasi Bank Indonesia kepada media, Selasa (16\/2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut sumber pembiayaan, hasil survei menunjukkan pengembang masih mengandalkan pembiayaan dari nonperbankan untuk pembangunan properti residensial. Hal tersebut tercermin pada porsi dana internal pengembang untuk pembiayaan pembangunan properti yang mencapai 65,46% dari total kebutuhan modal pada\u00a0triwulan IV-2020. Kontraksi pada penjualan property residensial ini, di sisi lain, terlihat juga lebih melambat yakni dari 30,9% di triwulan III kepada 20,59% di triwulan berikutnya. Kemungkinan untuk sepanjang tahun ini masih akan cenderung mengalami kontraksi penjualan properti, tetapi dengan tempo yang melambat.\u00a0 IHPR dengan demikian akan masih menurun.
