(YELO), yang dilakukan secara online, Selasa (02\/03\/2021), Direktur Utama Perseroan Wewy Suwanto mengatakan rencananya perseroan akan melakukan right issue dengan terlebih dahulu meminta izin kepada pemegang saham melalui RUPSLB yang rencananya akan diadakan pada tanggal 30 Maret 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Latar belakang perseroan melakukan right issue karena pandemi Covid\u201319 sangat berdampak pada pendapatan utama Perseroan, kelangsungan usaha menjadi tidak pasti dengan belum redanya pandemi, penjualan produk-produk digital\/data didalam negeri\u00a0\u00a0 dan memerlukan modal untuk ekspansi, Perseroan telah memiliki kerjasama dengan PT Abdi Harapan Unggul \u00a0sebagai penyedia produk data dalam negeri dan akan mengakusisi PT Abdi Harapan Unggul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rencananya perseroan akan mengeluarkan saham baru sebanyak-banyaknya 1.991.438.928 lembar saham, setelah dikurangi dengan biaya emisi untuk \u00a0pengembangan usaha dengan pengambil-alihan saham PT Abdi Harapan Unggul \u00a0sejumlah 975.000 saham dengan nilai nominal Rp 50 per saham atau \u00a097,99% dari total kepemilikan saham PT Abdi Harapan Unggul dengan harga sesuai \u00a0dengan penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilaian \u00a0Publik yang akan dilakukan melalui proses inbreng pada pada pelaksanaan PMHMETD \u00a0dan sisanya setelah dikurangi dengan biaya emisi akan digunakan untuk modal kerja.
