Dalam rangka pemulihan ekonomi, dan untuk mendorong konsumsi dan produksi perumahan di masa pandemi, Pemerintah memberikan insentif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) untuk penyerahan rumah tapak dan rumah susun selama 6 bulan untuk masa pajak 1 Maret hingga 31 Agustus 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adapun besaran PPN yang Ditanggung Pemerintah (DTP) yaitu 100% untuk penyerahan harga jual rumah tapak dan rumah susun baru maksimal Rp2 miliar dan 50% untuk harga jual di atas Rp2 miliar hingga maksimal Rp5 miliar. Kebijakan ini berlaku untuk maksimal 1 unit rumah tapak atau rumah susun untuk 1 orang dan tidak boleh dijual kembali selama 1 tahun serta sudah siap diserahkan secara fisik dalam periode 1 Maret-31 Agustus 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (Menteri PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono mengatakan kebijakan ini melengkapi 4 kebijakan sebelumnya di sektor perumahan yaitu Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP), kebijakan selisih bunga (SSB), Subsidi Bantuan Uang Muka (SBUM), dan Bantuan Pembiayaan Perumahan Berbasis Tabungan (BP2BT) tahun 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-469825 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn-300x176.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"257\" height=\"151\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn-300x176.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn-600x352.jpg 600w, https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn-768x451.jpg 768w, https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn-1024x601.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn-696x408.jpg 696w, https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn-1068x627.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn-716x420.jpg 716w, https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/telegramvbn.jpg 1558w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 257px) 100vw, 257px\" \/><br \/>\n&#8220;Kebijakan ini melengkapi 4 kebijakan sebelumnya di sektor perumahan yaitu Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) tahun 2021 sebesar Rp16,6 triliun untuk 157.500 unit rumah, kebijakan selisih bunga (SSB) sebesar Rp5,96 triliun, subsidi bantuan uang muka (SBUM) Rp630 miliar untuk 157 ribu rumah dan alokasi untuk pembiayaan perumahan berbasis tabungan (BP2BT) tahun 2018,&#8221; jelasnya dalam konferensi pers virtual &#8220;Pemberian Insentif Kendaraan Bermotor dan Perumahan&#8221;, Senin (01\/03).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Secara keseluruhan, capaian program tahun 2020 dengan fasilitas pembebasan PPN bagi Masyarakat Berpendapatan Rendah (MBR) mencapai Rp2,92 triliun untuk 200.972 unit rumah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk mendukung program pemerintah tersebut maka Bank Indonesia juga menerbitkan aturan yang melonggarkan Rasio Loan To Value (LTV) Untuk Kredit Properti, Rasio Financing to Value (FTV) untuk Pembiayaan Properti, dan Uang Muka untuk Kredit atau Pembiayaan Kendaraan Bermotor melalui Peraturan Bank Indonesia (PBI) No. 23\/2\/PBI\/2021 tentang Perubahan Ketiga atas PBI No. 20\/8\/PBI\/2018 tentang Rasio LTV Untuk Kredit Properti, Rasio FTV untuk Pembiayaan Properti, dan Uang Muka untuk Kredit atau Pembiayaan Kendaraan Bermotor (PBI LTV\/FTV dan Uang Muka).
