(Vibiznews – IDX Stocks) – Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) jalan di tempat. Sejak awal tahun hingga saat ini, indeks hanya mengakumulasi kenaikan 0,55%.<\/p>\n

Jika ditarik beberapa tahun ke belakang, IHSG tampak kesulitan untuk jauh meninggalkan level 6.500. Level tertinggi IHSG sejak awal 2018 hingga saat ini masih di kisaran 6.600.<\/p>\n

Direktur Perdagangan dan Pengaturan Anggota Bursa BEI Laksono Widodo tak menampik, kurang bergairahnya IHSG tak lepas dari efek BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang mengurangi aktivitas transaksinya di bursa saham. Sikap serupa diambil lembaga sejenis seperti dana pensiun, Taspen dan lainnya.<\/p>\n

“BPJS Ketenagakerjaan seperti mercusuar bagi institusi domestik tersebut. Sehingga, pasang surutnya aktivitas BPJS Ketenagakerjaan akan memancing tindakan institusi-institusi tersebut mengambil sikap serupa,” terang Laksono, Jumat (23\/4).<\/p>\n

Pada saat yang bersamaan, investor asing belum berhenti jualan. Net sell yang dilakukan oleh investor asing dalam satu bulan terakhir mencapai Rp 4,3 triliun di seluruh pasar.<\/p>\n

Laksono menengarai, aksi jual tersebut lantaran investor asing mulai mencairkan keuntungannya. Terlebih, investor asing sudah memasang posisi beli sejak Januari-Februari.<\/p>\n

“Kondisi global juga sepertinya menyebabkan kondisi tersebut. Ini juga terkait dengan perkembangan pasar di luar negeri, terutama Amerika Serikat (AS),” jelas Laksono.<\/p>\n
