Hal ini tercermin dari penjualan properti residensial yang tumbuh 13,95% (yoy), meningkat dibandingkan dengan capaian pada triwulan sebelumnya yang terkontraksi sebesar 20,59% (yoy). Peningkatan penjualan properti residensial tersebut terjadi pada seluruh tipe rumah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dari sisi harga, hasil survei mengindikasikan harga properti residensial tumbuh terbatas pada triwulan I 2021. Perkembangan ini tercermin dari pertumbuhan Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) triwulan I 2021 yang tercatat sebesar 1,35% (yoy), sedikit lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan pada triwulan sebelumnya sebesar 1,43% (yoy). Harga properti residensial primer diprakirakan masih tumbuh terbatas pada triwulan II 2021 sebesar 1,10% (yoy).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berdasarkan sumber pembiayaan, hasil survei menunjukkan pengembang masih mengandalkan sumber dari nonperbankan untuk pembiayaan pembangunan properti residensial. Pada triwulan I 2021, pembiayaan pembangunan properti yang bersumber dari dana internal pengembang mencapai 65,45% dari total kebutuhan modal.
