Perseroan ini menjadi perusahaan tercatat ke 18 di tahun 2021 yang mencatatkan sahamnya di BEI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Harga perdana saham MGLV saat perdagangan dibuka langsung\u00a0 melonjak ke posisi Rp 148 atau mengalami kenaikan 9,6% dari harga penawaran saham awal Rp 135. Perseroan menawarkan kepada masyarakat sebanyak 400 juta lembar saham baru atau setara dengan 21,05% \u00a0dari Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor Penuh Perseroan setelah IPO dengan nilai nominal Rp 135 per sahamnya. Saham MGLV mengalami <em>oversubscribed <\/em>lebih dari 200x pada penawaran umum perdana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain penawaran saham kepada masyarakat, PT Panca Anugrah Wisesa Tbk juga menerbitkan waran sebanyak 400.000.000 juta lembar waran. Bagi masyarakat yang berinvestasi di IPO MGLV, mereka berhak mendapatkan waran tersebut dengan rasio 1:1, dimana 1 saham baru yang dibeli disertai dengan 1 waran. PT Panca Anugrah Wisesa Tbk berencana untuk menggunakan dana yang tehimpun dari pelaksanaan waran untuk modal kerja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Direktur Utama PT Panca Anugrah Wisesa Tbk, Dennis Rahardja, mengatakan dana yang diperoleh dari IPO ini sebesar Rp54 miliar. Dana hasil IPO akan digunakan untuk meningkatkan performa perusahaan, antara lain untuk modal kerja, pembelian persediaan, biaya pemasaran, dan pembukaan showroom baru di salah satu kota besar di Indonesia.
