Perseroan ini menjadi perusahaan tercatat ke 24 di tahun 2021 yang mencatatkan sahamnya di BEI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Harga perdana saham BMHS saat perdagangan dibuka langsung\u00a0 melonjak ke posisi Rp 424 atau mengalami kenaikan 24,7% dari harga penawaran saham awal Rp 340. Perseroan menawarkan kepada masyarakat sebanyak 682.000.000 lembar saham baru atau setara dengan 7,93% \u00a0dari Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor Penuh Perseroan setelah IPO dengan nilai nominal Rp 340 per sahamnya. Saat IPO saham BMHS mengalami kelebihan pemesanan (<em>oversubscribed<\/em>) sebanyak lebih dari 40 kali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perseroan juga mengadakan Program Alokasi Saham Pegawai (<em>Employee Stock Allocation<\/em>\/ESA) dengan jumlah sebanyak 0,25% dari saham yang ditawarkan dalam Penawaran Umum atau sebanyak 1.538.600 saham.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Direktur Utama PT Bundamedik Tbk, Mesha Rizal Sini, mengatakan dana yang diperoleh dari IPO ini sebesar Rp232 miliar. Dana hasil IPO akan digunakan untuk membeli kembali sisa pokok obligasi Perseroan setelah pelaksanaan konversi obligasi, dan untuk modal kerja, antara lain pembelian obat, alat medis, dan kebutuhan penunjang lainnya yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional terkait pelayanan kesehatan Perseroan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mengenal bisnis perseroan, PT Bundamedik Tbk merupakan perusahaan induk dari grup usaha yang bergerak di bidang penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan, rumah sakit pertama yang didirikan oleh Perseroan adalah Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta.
