Sedangkan harga kopi Arabika turun ke harga terendah 1 1\/2 bulan karena kerusakan akibat cuaca dingin sedikit dan ICO menaikkan perkiraan surplus kopi di 2020-21 sebesar 12%.<\/p>\n<p>Harga gula pada penutupan pasar hari Jumat turun ke harga terendah 1 1\/2 minggu karena melemahnya real Brazil ke kurs terendah 1 1\/2 bulan. Harga gula juga turun karena cuaca di Brazil kembali panas.<\/p>\n<p>Harga kakao naik pada penutupan pasar hari Jumat karena melemahnya indeks dolar AS. Harga kakao naik dari harga terendah 8 bulan karena Gepex, organisasi 6 pabrik kakao terbesar penggilingan kakao di bulan Juni turun 22% dari tahun lalu<\/p>\n<p>Adapun penggerak pasar pada minggu ini adalah sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<p><strong>KOPI<\/strong><br \/>\nHarga kopi Arabika September di ICE New York turun 75 sen (0.49%) menjadi $151.50 dan harga kopi Robusta di ICE London naik 2.17%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faktor penggerak pasar Kopi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produksi kopi dunia di 2020\/21 ( Oktober \u2013 September) naik 0.4% dari tahun lalu menjadi 169.604 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Konsumsi kopi global di 2020\/21 naik 1.9% dari tahun lalu menjadi 167.584 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar kopi dunia di 2020\/21 akan menjadi surplus 2.0196 juta kantong dari surplus 4.506 juta kantong di 2019\/20.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi kopi Arabika Brazil di 2021 diperkirakan akan turun 23% dari tahun lalu ke jumlah terendah 4 tahun menjadi 48.8 juta kantong menurut CONAB.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi Brazil di 2021\/22 diperkirakan akan turun 18% dari tahun lalu menjadi 28.35 juta kantong menurut Safras &amp; Mercado<\/li>\n<li>Produksi kopi Robusta di Brazil di 2021 diperkirakan akan naik 16% dari tahun lalu menjadi 16.6 juta kantong.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi Colombia pada bulan Mei turun 52 % dari tahun lalu menjadi 427,000 kantong akibat pemblokiran jalan<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi global dari Oktober \u2013 Mei naik 2.2% dari tahun lalu menjadi 87.299 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi kopi Robusta global di Oktober \u2013 Mei turun 4.2% dari tahun lalu menjadi 31.435 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi Robusta Vietnam di Januari \u2013 Juni 2021 turun 12.3 % dari tahun lalu menjadi 825,000 MT menurut Vietnam\u2019s General Statistics Office .<\/li>\n<li>Persediaan kopi hijau di AS di bulan Mei turun 14.7% dari tahun lalu menjadi 5.815 juta kantong menurut the Green Coffee Association.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Analisa tehnikal untuk kopi Arabika dengan support pertama di $ 147 dan berikut ke $143 sedangkan resistant pertama di $ 155 dan berikut ke $ 160.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GULA<\/strong><br \/>\nHarga gula Oktober di ICE New York turun 17 sen (0.97%) menjadi $17.28 dan harga gula putih Agustus di ICE London turun 1.64%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faktor Penggerak Pasar Gula:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produksi gula dunia di 2020\/21 ( Oktober\/ September) akan turun 0.2% dari tahun lalu menjadi 169.2 MT setelah turun 8.4% di 2019\/20 menjadi 169.6 MMT menurut ISO.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar gula dunia di 2020\/21 akan defisit 3,1 MMT dari surplus 900,000 di 2019\/20 menurut ISO.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi gula Brazil, negara produsen gula terbesar di dunia di tahun 2021\/22 akan turun 4.2% dari tahun lalu 35.6 MMT sedangkan perkiraan produksi 2020\/21 diperkirakan akan menjadi 41.3 MMT dari perkiraan Desember sebesar 41.8 MMT menurut CONAB.<\/li>\n<li>Persentase tebu yang dijadikan gula naik 46.4% di 2020\/21 dari 34.9% di 2019\/20 karena turunnya permintaan etanol menurut CONAB.<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi gula India dari 1 Oktober \u2013 15 Juni akan meningkat 13% dari tahun lalu menjadi 30.57 MMT dari 27.01 MMT di tahun lalu menurut Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA)<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan ekspor gula India di 2020\/21 mencapai rekor 6.8 MMT menurut Balrampur Chini, produsen gula terbesar ke dua di India.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi gula Thailand di 2020\/21 dari 10 Desember \u2013 15 Maret turun 8.2% dari tahun lalu menjadi 7.5 MMT Menurun The Thailand\u2019s Office of Cane &amp; Sugar Board .<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi gula Uni Eropa di 2021\/22 akan turun 4% menjadi 14.5MMT menurut Suedezucker produsen gula terbesar di Uni Eropa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Analisa tehnikal untuk gula dengan support pertama di $17.00 dan berikut ke $ 16.90 sedangkan resistant pertama di $18.20 dan berikut ke $18.50<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAKAO<\/strong><br \/>\nHarga kakao September di ICE New York naik $52 (2.27%) menjadi $2,347 per ton dan harga kakao di ICE London naik 1.64%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faktor penggerak pasar kakao :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi kakao dunia di 2020\/21 (Oktober \u2013 September) akan naik 6.3% dari tahun lalu menjadi 5.024 MMT menurut ICCO<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi kakao yang digiling akan naik 3% dari tahun lalu menjadi 4. 809 MMT menurut ICCO.<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan pasar Kakao global di 2020\/21 akan surplus 165,000 dari surplus 10,000 MT di 2019\/20 menurut ICCO.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi Ivory Coast di 2019\/20 diperkirakan naik 1.2% dari
