(Vibiznews – Forex) Dolar AS menyentuh level tertinggi tiga bulan terhadap euro dan level tertinggi satu minggu terhadap yen pada hari Rabu, setelah inflasi AS yang meningkat mendorong pandangan pengetatan kebijakan moneter yang lebih cepat daripada yang telah diisyaratkan oleh pejabat Federal Reserve.<\/p>\n
Dolar AS menguat ke $1,17720 per euro, tertinggi sejak 5 April, untuk hari kedua berturut-turut, dan terakhir sedikit berubah dari Selasa di $1,17780.<\/p>\n
Dolar AS naik menjadi 110,70 yen untuk pertama kalinya sejak 7 Juli, perdagangan terakhir sebagian besar datar di 110,51.<\/p>\n
Dolar Selandia Baru melonjak sebanyak 0,8% menjadi 70,07 sen AS setelah Reserve Bank of New Zealand mengatakan pada hari Rabu bahwa pihaknya akan menghentikan program pembelian aset skala besar. Pada hari Selasa, kiwi telah tenggelam serendah 69,18 sen untuk pertama kalinya sejak November.<\/p>\n
Indeks dolar AS, yang mengukur mata uang AS terhadap sekeranjang enam mata uang lainnya, sedikit berubah pada 92,748 setelah sebelumnya naik setinggi 92,832 – tepat di bawah level 92,844 yang dicapai minggu lalu untuk pertama kalinya sejak 5 April.<\/p>\n
Harga konsumen AS naik terbesar dalam 13 tahun pada bulan Juni di tengah kendala pasokan dan berlanjutnya rebound dalam biaya layanan terkait perjalanan dari tingkat yang tertekan pandemi karena pemulihan ekonomi mengumpulkan momentum.<\/p>\n
Pedagang sekarang menantikan Ketua Fed Jerome Powell bersaksi di depan Kongres pada hari Rabu dan Kamis untuk setiap sinyal tentang waktu pengurangan stimulus dan suku bunga yang lebih tinggi. Powell telah berulang kali menyatakan bahwa inflasi yang lebih tinggi akan bersifat sementara, mencatat bahwa ia mengharapkan rantai pasokan menjadi normal dan beradaptasi.<\/p>\n
Di tempat lain, dolar Kanada menahan penurunan terbesarnya dalam seminggu untuk diperdagangkan sebagian besar tidak berubah di C$1,2500 per dolar AS, melemah menuju level terendah 2-1\/2-bulan di C$1,2590 yang dicapai minggu lalu.<\/p>\n
