(Vibiznews-Index) \u2013\u00a0 Indeks Hang Seng perdagangan sebelumnya\u00a0 ditutup turun 428.48 poin atau 1,5% lebih rendah menjadi 27.321,98. Demikian untuk indeks saham Cina Enterprise (HSCE) dengan 60 saham unggulan berakhir turun 1,7% menjadi 9.839,05. Demikian indeks Hang Seng berjangka bulan Juni 2021\u00a0 bergerak negatif dengan anjlok 433 poin atau 1,56%\u00a0 ke posisi 27272.<\/p>\n

Indeks Hang Seng tertekan karena kekhawatiran yang mendalam atas peraturan pemerintah Beijing yang lebih ketat membebani perusahaan properti dan pendidikan.\u00a0Pemerintah Cina diberitakan akan menindak tegas bisnis bimbingan belajar sepulang sekolah dan melarang beberapa lembaga bimbingan belajar yang tercatat pada salinan dokumen pemerintah yang beredar di media sosial.\u00a0 \u00a0Saham properti tertekan atas peraturan pemerintah daerah\u00a0 secara ketat mengontrol pembiayaan untuk pengembang properti, termasuk pinjaman bank, dan meningkatkan mekanisme penetapan harga tanah.<\/p>\n

Sebagai penggerak pasar hari ini, bursa saham\u00a0 Wall Street akhir pekan lalu ditutup di posisi rekor tertinggi di-support laporan kuartalan yang kuat dari beberapa perusahaan dan rekor data PMI manufaktur\u00a0 pada bulan Juli. Demikian\u00a0 harga minyak mentah akhir pekan lalu menguat karena investor memfokuskan kembali pada prospek bahwa permintaan akan melebihi pasokan meskipun pasokan minyak AS naik secara tak terduga minggu lalu.<\/p>\n

Secara teknikal menurut analyst Vibiz Research Center, indeks Hang Seng berjangka akan melemah. Dan awal sesi akan turun ke posisi 27040, jika tembus meluncur ke S2 hingga S3. Namun jika terkoreksi akan naik ke posisi 27560, dan jika tembus akan ke lanjut ke R1 hingga R2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
