Pertumbuhan Indeks Harga Properti Residensial (IHPR) triwulan II 2021 tercatat 1,49% (yoy), lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan pada triwulan sebelumnya sebesar 1,35% (yoy). Harga properti residensial primer diprakirakan tumbuh lebih terbatas pada triwulan III 2021 sebesar 1,12% (yoy).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dari sisi penjualan, hasil survei mengindikasikan penjualan properti residensial di pasar primer pada triwulan II 2021 mengalami penurunan. Hal ini tercermin dari penjualan properti residensial yang terkontraksi 10,01% (yoy) pada triwulan II 2021, menurun dari 13,95% (yoy) pada triwulan sebelumnya. Penurunan penjualan properti yang lebih dalam tertahan oleh penjualan properti tipe rumah menengah yang tetap tumbuh positif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berdasarkan sumber pembiayaan, hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa pengembang masih mengandalkan pembiayaan yang berasal dari nonperbankan untuk pembangunan properti residensial. Pada triwulan II 2021, sebesar 66,45% dari total kebutuhan modal pembangunan proyek perumahan berasal dari dana internal.
