Tujuan dari stimulus ini adalah untuk dapat meringankan beban ekonomi yang sedang dihadapi, dan diharapkan pula dapat menumbuhkan optimisme pasar terhadap stabilitas pertumbuhan industri pasar modal serta sektor keuangan nasional akibat Pandemi COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berdasarkan surat Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Pasar Modal OJK Nomor: S-135\/D.04\/2021 tanggal 19 Agustus 2021, BEI akan memberikan dukungan berupa stimulus atau kebijakan khusus terhadap kewajiban pembayaran biaya Pencatatan awal saham dan biaya Pencatatan saham tambahan yang dipotong sebesar 50 persen dari perhitungan nilai masing-masing biaya bagi Perusahaan Tercatat dan Calon Perusahaan Tercatat dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Biaya Pencatatan awal saham:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Ketentuan 2.1. Lampiran I Peraturan Nomor I-A tentang Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham yang Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan Tercatat;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Ketentuan 2. Peraturan Nomor I-V tentang Ketentuan Khusus Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham di Papan Akselerasi yang Diterbitkan Oleh Perusahaan Tercatat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Biaya Pencatatan saham tambahan:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Ketentuan 4.1. Lampiran II Peraturan Nomor I-A tentang Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham yang Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan Tercatat;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Ketentuan VII.4. Peraturan Nomor I-V tentang Ketentuan Khusus Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham di Papan Akselerasi yang Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan Tercatat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kebijakan tersebut dituangkan dalam Keputusan Direksi BEI Nomor: Kep-00069\/BEI\/08-2021 tanggal 27 Agustus 2021 perihal \u201dKebijakan Khusus atas Biaya Pencatatan Awal Saham dan Biaya Pencatatan Saham Tambahan.\u201d Kebijakan ini akan diberlakukan sejak 30 Agustus 2021 hingga 30 Desember 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Kebijakan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan keringanan kepada Perusahaan Tercatat dan Calon Perusahaan Tercatat dalam menggalang dana jangka panjang.
