{"id":498771,"date":"2021-09-10T17:21:26","date_gmt":"2021-09-10T10:21:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vibiznews.com\/?p=498771"},"modified":"2021-09-10T17:25:16","modified_gmt":"2021-09-10T10:25:16","slug":"industri-properti-menggeliat-ciputra-development-ctra-bukukan-lonjakan-laba-bersih-sm-ii-21-sebesar-185-persen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/10\/industri-properti-menggeliat-ciputra-development-ctra-bukukan-lonjakan-laba-bersih-sm-ii-21-sebesar-185-persen\/","title":{"rendered":"Industri Properti Menggeliat, Ciputra Development (CTRA) Bukukan Lonjakan Laba Bersih SM I\/21 Sebesar 185 Persen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Vibiznews &#8211; IDX Stocks) &#8211; Emiten properti PT Ciputra Development Tbk. membukukan kenaikan laba bersih hingga ratusan persen pada semester I\/2021 seiring dengan bergeliatnya industri properti.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan laporan keuangan per 30 Juni 2021, emiten dengan kode saham CTRA mencatatkan pendapatan senilai Rp4,02 triliun atau naik 43,35 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu Rp2,80 triliun.<\/p>\n<p>Laba bersih perseroan pun menanjak 185,23 persen menjadi Rp483,47 miliar pada semester I\/2021 dari posisi Rp169,50 miliar pada semester I\/2020.<\/p>\n<p>Kejar Target Prapenjualan Dilihat dari kontributornya, pendapatan dari penjualan masih mendominasi dengan subtotal meningkat 49,76 persen secara tahunan menjadi Rp3,19 triliun.<\/p>\n<p>Di dalamnya, terdapat penjualan rumah hunian dan ruko yang naik 32,05 persen menjadi Rp2,04 triliun, penjualan kantor naik 90,48 persen menjadi Rp548,98 miliar, penjualan kapling naik 12,09 persen menjadi Rp301,42 miliar, serta penjualan apartemen yang melejit 990,54 persen menjadi Rp298,81 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya pendapatan berulang perseroan secara total juga meningkat 23,06 persen menjadi Rp828,81 miliar. Di dalamnya terdapat kenaikan pendapatan rumah sakit yang naik 146,13 persen menjadi Rp368,44 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya pendapatan hotel, sewa kantor, dan lapangan golf juga terpantau mengalami kenaikan.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, pendapatan dari pusat niaga masih turun 23,33 persen menjadi Rp212,01 miliar bersama pendapatan lain-lain yang berkurang 69,92 persen menjadi Rp4,74 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Total aset CTRA hingga akhir Juni 2021 terpantau naik 2,82 persen sejak awal tahun menjadi Rp40,36 triliun.
