Harga gula turun melemahnya real Brazil dan harga kakao turun persediaan naik di Ivory Coast.<\/p>\n<p>Harga<strong> kopi<\/strong> pada penutupan pasar hari Jumat naik dengan harga kopi Arabika naik ke harga tertinggi 2 minggu, harga kopi Arabika naik karena persediaan kopi Arabika di Brazil berkurang karena perkiraan hujan terbatas di Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>Harga<strong> gula<\/strong> pada hari Jumat turun karena melemahnya real Brazil terhadap dolar melemah 0.85% mencapai kurs terendah 1 bulan.<\/p>\n<p>Harga <strong>kakao<\/strong> pada hari Jumat turun untuk hari keduanya, dengan harga kakao di New York turun ke harga terendah 3 minggu dan harga kakao di London turun ke harga terendah 1 \u00bd minggu. Persediaan kakao melimpah di Ivory Coast, pemerintah Ivory Coast menerima kakao dari 1 Oktober \u201319 September naik 7 % dari tahun lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun penggerak pasar pada minggu ini adalah sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<p><strong>KOPI<\/strong><br \/>\nHarga kopi Arabika Desember di ICE New York naik $3.75 (1.97%) menjadi $194.35 dan harga kopi Robusta Nopember naik 0.09%.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor penggerak pasar Kopi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produksi kopi dunia di 2020\/21 ( Oktober \u2013 September) naik 0.4% dari tahun lalu menjadi 169.604 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Konsumsi kopi global di 2020\/21 naik 1.9% dari tahun lalu menjadi 167. 011 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar kopi dunia di 2020\/21 akan menjadi surplus 2.633 juta kantong dari surplus 5.086 juta kantong di 2019\/20 menurut ICO<\/li>\n<li>Laporan ICO pada 31 Agustus bahwa total ekspor kopi global dari Oktober sampai Juli naik 2.1% dari tahun lalu menjadi 108.92 juta kantong.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi Brazil di 2021\/22 diperkirakan akan naik 13.3% dari tahun lalu menjadi 45.6 juta kantong menurut Cecafe<\/li>\n<li>Produksi kopi Arabika Brazil di 2021 diperkirakan akan turun 23% dari tahun lalu ke jumlah terendah 4 tahun menjadi 48.8 juta kantong menurut CONAB.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi kopi Robusta di Brazil di 2021 diperkirakan akan naik 16% dari tahun lalu menjadi 16.6 juta kantong.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi Colombia pada bulan Agustus turun 16% dari tahun lalu menjadi 915,000 juta kantong menurut The Colombia Coffee Growers Federation<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi global dari Oktober \u2013 Juli naik 2.1% tahun lalu menjadi 108.92 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi hijau di Brazil bulan Agustus turun 28% dari tahun lalu menjadi 2,336,646 kantong.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi Robusta global di Oktober \u2013 Juni turun 4.8% dari tahun lalu menjadi 35.234 juta kantong menurut ICO.<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor kopi Robusta Vietnam di Januari \u2013 Agustus 2021 turun 6.9% dari tahun lalu menjadi 1.071 MMT menurut Vietnam\u2019s General Statistics Office .<\/li>\n<li>Persediaan kopi hijau di AS naik 0.9% dari bulan lalu menjadi 6.130 juta kantong tapi masih turun 9.1% dari tahun lalu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Analisa tehnikal untuk kopi Arabika dengan support pertama di $ 185 dan berikut ke $ 178 sedangkan resistant pertama di $ 195 dan berikut ke $ 201.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GULA<\/strong><br \/>\nHarga gula Oktober di ICE New York turun 39 sen (2%) menjadi $19.93 dan harga gula putih Desember di ICE London turun 1.77%.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor Penggerak Pasar Gula:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produksi gula dunia di 2021\/22 ( Oktober\/ September) akan naik 0.18% dari tahun lalu menjadi 170.638 MMT dari 170.335 MMT di 2020\/21 menurut ISO.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar gula dunia di 2021\/22 akan defisit 3.829 MMT dari defisit 1.453 MMT di 2020\/21 menurut ISO.<\/li>\n<li>Produksi gula Brazil, negara produsen gula terbesar di dunia di tahun 2021\/22 akan turun 10.5% dari tahun lalu 36.9MMT sedangkan perkiraan produksi 2020\/21 diperkirakan akan menjadi 41.3 MMT di 2020\/21 menurut CONAB.<\/li>\n<li>Persentase tebu yang dijadikan gula naik 46.4% di 2020\/21 dari 34.9% di 2019\/20 karena turunnya permintaan etanol menurut CONAB.<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi gula India di 2021\/22 sebesar 31 MMT naik dari perkiraan di 2020\/21 sebesar 30.9 MMT menurut Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA)<\/li>\n<li>Produksi gula Thailand diperkirakan naik 44% dari tahun lalu menjadi 11 MMT menurut the Thailand Sugar Millers Corp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Analisa tehnikal untuk gula dengan support pertama di $19.50 an berikut ke $ 19.30 sedangkan resistant pertama di $ 20.30 dan berikut ke $ 20.90<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAKAO<\/strong><br \/>\nHarga kakao Desember di ICE New York turun $21 (0.80%) menjadi $2,591 per ton dan harga kakao Desember di ICE London turun 1.32%.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor penggerak pasar kakao :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi kakao dunia di 2020\/21 (Oktober \u2013 September) akan naik 8.7% dari tahun lalu menjadi 5. 14 MMT menurut ICCO<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan produksi kakao yang digiling akan naik 4% dari tahun lalu menjadi 4. 860 MMT menurut ICCO<\/li>\n<li>Perkiraan pasar Kakao global di 2020\/21 akan surplus 230,000 dari surplus 10,000 MT di 2019\/20 menurut ICCO.<\/li>\n<li>Pemerintah Ivory Coast melaporkan bahwa kumulatif kakao yang
